However, all clinical services must be delivered, supervised, documented, and billed through structures that comply with state law, professional ownership requirements, fee-splitting restrictions, and the scope of each practitioner's license.
The permitted structure may vary significantly from state to state. The FDD and franchise agreements explain the structures offered by Netra, and every candidate must consult independent healthcare and franchise counsel in the state where the center will operate.
